Elegant, nutritious sorbet is easily made at home with frozen fruit. I made this one with frozen strawberries, canned pineapple and a little bit of honey, all processed in a Cuisinart and frozen again for an hour. It's true: necessity IS the Mother of Invention. My darling husband was wishing for sorbet after dinner, so I used what I had at hand to make this for him. ©M-J de Mesterton |
