Crust:1/4 cup of melted butter1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbsFilling:1-1/2 cups of granulated white sugarTwo pounds (32 ounces) of cream cheese, softened1/2 cup of heavy cream4 eggs1/4 cup of unbleached flour 1 cup of sour cream1 tablespoon of vanillaDirections:1. Preheat the oven to 350* Fahrenheit.2. Butter the sides of a spring-form pan, or use a 9-inch round pan, unbuttered.To Make the Crust:1. In a large bowl, combine butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press this mixture into the pan, then freeze or refrigerate it while preparing the filling.Make the Filling:1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese on medium-high speed for 3 minutes.2. Blend in the cream. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one is added.3. Mix in the sour cream, flour and vanilla until smooth. Pour the filling batter into the crust.4. Bake for one hour in the preheated oven. Allow the cheesecake cool in your oven for about 5 hours.
