Pork is on sale in many American stores this week. Carne adovada, or marinated pork, is a tasty and health-promoting way to prepare it. This is my version, marinated in red chile of New Mexico, cubed and slow-cooked. For a recipe, see my Southwestern Cooking page at Elegant Survival News.
